Following the death of Isshiki Otsutsuki, Code becomes the primary antagonist. He possesses a White Karma and has "limiters" placed on his body by Amado to keep his power from surpassing Isshiki's.

Code travels to one of Boro’s old facilities to awaken Eida , a powerful cyborg created by Amado. Eida possesses clairvoyant abilities (the Senrigan) and a passive enchantment power that makes almost anyone fall in love with her, preventing them from attacking.
