Multi-part RAR files work as a single unit. You cannot use Part 03 alone.
Place the firmware file in the root directory (not inside a folder). Power Off: Unplug the TV from the wall outlet. Insert USB: Plug the drive into the TV's USB port. Trigger Update: Press and hold the Power Button on the TV (not the remote).
