: If Part 04 is significantly smaller than the other parts (unless it's the very last one), the download likely timed out. Delete it and redownload.
Make sure your drivers are updated and your controller is plugged in before you launch the .exe !
: Use WinRAR or 7-Zip . The software will automatically "reach out" to Part 04 to pull the data it needs.
Most large games are split into multiple .rar or .zip volumes (Part 1, Part 2, etc.) to make downloading easier on slower connections.
