"Proud to share our latest research published in JAMA Network Open regarding Hepatitis C (HCV) treatment. Our study found that alcohol use and AUD were not associated with lower odds of achieving a sustained virologic response (SVR) with DAA therapy. These findings suggest that restrictive treatment barriers are unnecessary and challenge our global HCV elimination goals.
