The story follows Sdanka, a highly skilled sniper, as she hunts down those responsible for her family's murder. Her path crosses with Roger (Tino Struckmann), a seasoned mercenary leader hired by a corrupt businessman, Carter, to eliminate an "insurrectionist" threatening his interests.
