A massive portion of this space—roughly 22 GB to 35 GB —is taken up by movie files for the Story and Gallery modes. TEKKEN-7-TRNT.rar

You can safely delete the "Story" (~12 GB) and "Gallery" (~10 GB) folders located within the TekkenGame/Content/Movies directory if you do not plan to play those modes.
