James Dial (Snipes), a former marksman living in seclusion in Montana, is coaxed back into action to eliminate a terrorist mastermind in London. After successfully completing the hit, Dial is double-crossed by his former employer and framed for the murder of a high-ranking police official. On the run and injured, he befriends a 12-year-old girl, Emily (Eliza Bennett), who assists him as he fights to clear his name while being hunted by both the British police and undercover agents.
