Has anyone here actually successfully unzipped this? If it's a puzzle, I'd love to know if there's a Discord or a wiki dedicated to solving it. Every time I find a lead, the link is dead or the thread is archived.

For those out of the loop, this file has been circulating in deep-web archives and obscure file-sharing threads for a while. The name itself looks like a cipher—possibly a play on the name "Sarah" wrapped in markers. XXS.ar.a.hXX.zip

There’s a theory that it’s part of an older ARG (Alternate Reality Game) that went inactive years ago, leaving this file as one of the only remaining "artifacts." Has anyone here actually successfully unzipped this
