Steam.reg Official

A steam.reg file serves as a manual configuration tool for Windows, updating the registry to inform the system about the installation path and settings of Steam, often used to fix issues when the client is moved or installed without the standard installer. It essentially acts as a registry instruction set to repair missing keys, which can fix "Steam is required" errors or help with Proton configurations on a Steam Deck.
